Section 31
(1)
A Collector of Land Revenue may cause a notice to be served on any owner placing under his charge any boundary-marks erected on the boundaries of his land, whether erected under this Act or not.
(2)
Every owner shall preserve such boundary-marks as are placed under his charge under this section, and shall give immediate notice at the Land Office, or to the officer in charge of the nearest police station, if those marks are injured, destroyed or removed.
