40. Part III to apply to boundary-marks erected under this Part
Feedback & supportEvery boundary-mark of a boundary shown in any map published under this Part, whether the boundary-mark was or was not erected under Part II or III, shall be deemed to be a boundary-mark to which Part III is applicable, save insofar as the boundary-mark is inconsistent with this Part.
