Application of other subsidiary legislation
These Rules do not affect the application of any other subsidiary legislation made under the Act to any application, approval, decision, notice, request or other document or information submitted in the form of an electronic record pursuant to these Rules except in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of these Rules, in which case these Rules prevail.
