Part 4 · Conduct of Bus Passenger of Public Bus

10. Littering and soiling prohibited

(1)

A bus passenger must not —

(a)

place or throw any litter within a public bus; or

(b)

soil any part of a public bus, or any fittings, equipment or property within a public bus.

(2)

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.

Subregulation 1

A bus passenger must not —

(a)

soil any part of a public bus, or any fittings, equipment or property within a public bus.

Subregulation 2
