Part 4 · Conduct of Bus Passenger of Public Bus

19. Compliance with directions, etc., of authorised person

(1)

A bus passenger must comply with all reasonable directions and instructions of any authorised person given to —

(a)

ensure the safety of that bus passenger or any other bus passenger; or

(b)

deal with any emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

(2)

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

Subregulation 1

A bus passenger must comply with all reasonable directions and instructions of any authorised person given to —
