A bus passenger must not consume, or attempt to consume, any food or drink within a public bus.
To avoid doubt, for the purposes of paragraph (1), food includes chewing gum and bubble gum.
A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
