Part 4 · Conduct of Bus Passenger of Public Bus

13. Obstruction, etc., of passenger movement

(1)

A bus passenger must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct, hinder or impede the movement of another bus passenger within a public bus.

(2)

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
