113. Payment of claim after decision

(1)

The person ordered to make payment to the other party must do so within 30 days of —

(a)

the inspector’s decision under section 111(4); or

(b)

the decision of the committee under section 112 if reconsideration of the inspector’s decision was sought,unless the Authority allows a longer period in any particular case.

(2)

Failure of a casino operator to pay within the time specified in subsection (1) is grounds for disciplinary action.
