121. Exclusion orders by Authority

(1)

The Authority may, by an exclusion order given to a person in writing, ban the person from entering or remaining on, or taking part in any casino gambling or promotional game on, any casino premises in such circumstances as the order may specify.

(2)

The Authority may at any time revoke an exclusion order made under subsection (1).

(3)

As soon as practicable after the Authority gives an exclusion order under this section, the Authority must notify each casino operator and the Council of that order.
