10. Miscellaneous amendments

In the principal Regulations —

in regulation 2, in the definition of “cash”, replace “Gaming” with “Casino Gambling”;

in the following provisions, replace “chips” with “casino chips”:Regulation 2, definition of “cheque‑cashing facility”Regulation 5(1)(a);

in regulation 2, in the definition of “minimum balance”, replace the semi‑colon at the end with a full‑stop;

in regulation 2, delete the definition of “permanent resident of Singapore”;

in regulation 5(1), replace “, if and only if the patron is a person referred to” with “who is a person mentioned”;

in regulation 5(1)(d) and (2), replace “grant” with “provide”;
