2. Amendment of regulation 2

In the Casino Control (Credit) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 53/2010) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 2, after the definition of “casino cheque”, insert —“ “cheque” means a cheque (other than a traveller’s cheque) that —

is drawn on an account of any bank for a specific amount payable on demand; and

is dated but not post‑dated;”.
