A patron (X) who is a premium player of a casino (whether X qualified as a premium player before, on or after 21 September 2026) is disqualified as a premium player of that casino if X uses a round‑tripping arrangement described in paragraph (2) with another patron (Y) to make a deposit of at least $10,000 to X’s deposit account with the casino operator of that casino.
The round‑tripping arrangement mentioned in paragraph (1) is as follows:

immediately before X made the deposit of at least $10,000, was less than the minimum balance; and

The disqualification mentioned in paragraph (1) takes effect at the time when the patron (X) makes the deposit mentioned in that paragraph.
The casino operator must close the deposit account of a patron who is disqualified as a premium player of the casino under paragraph (1).
To avoid doubt, paragraph (4) does not stop —
the casino operator from establishing another deposit account for the patron under regulation 2B; or
the patron from qualifying again as a premium player of that casino under regulation 3B,after the patron’s deposit account has been closed in accordance with paragraph (4).
Where any credit is provided by a casino operator to a patron who has been disqualified as a premium player of the casino under paragraph (1) after the patron is so disqualified and (if applicable) before the patron qualifies again as a premium player of that casino under regulation 3B, the amount of credit provided is recoverable by the casino operator as a debt due to the casino operator.”.
