8. Amendment of regulation 13

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 13 —

(a)

in paragraph (1), replace “It shall be a condition of a special employee licence that a licensed special employee of a casino operator shall not” with “A licensed special employee of a casino operator must not”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), delete “the condition in”.
