13. Duties of licensed special employee in relation to credit

(1)

A licensed special employee of a casino operator must not extend credit in any form to a patron of the casino other than on behalf of the casino operator and in accordance with the Act and these Regulations.

(2)

Any licensed special employee who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under section 93 of the Act.
