Any casino operator wishing to provide any credit to a patron shall establish for that patron —
a credit account through which may be provided credit for a deposit account; or
a cheque-cashing account through which may be granted a cheque-cashing facility,or both, and shall comply with the requirements in this Part in relation to the account or accounts.
Any licensed international market agent wishing to provide any credit to a patron shall establish for that patron a credit account, through which may be provided credit for a deposit account, and shall comply with the requirements in this Part in relation to the account.
