2C. Issue of chip purchase vouchers, etc., and debit to deposit account

A casino operator may issue to a patron and debit to the patron’s deposit account chip purchase vouchers, cheques, casino chips or money, not exceeding in total value the credit balance in the account at the time of issue of the vouchers, cheques, casino chips or money.
