Power to require temporary installation or removal of surveillance installation, device or equipment
Subregulation 1
The Authority may, by a written direction, require a casino operator to —
install or remove any surveillance installation, device or equipment or make any other change to any part of the casino surveillance system for a specified period; and
within 7 days from the date the direction is given (or such longer period as the Authority may allow), submit to the Authority a revised surveillance plan (comprising the documents referred to in regulation 5(1)(a) and (e)) showing the installation, removal or other change required to be made,and the casino operator shall comply with such direction.
Subregulation 2
Regulation 4 shall not apply to a casino operator to the extent that it complies with a direction given by the Authority under paragraph (1)(a) for the specified period.
Subregulation 3
An approved surveillance plan shall be revised for the specified period to the extent that any revised surveillance plan is submitted under paragraph (1)(b).
