Power to install Authority’s surveillance system
Subregulation 1
The Authority may install, operate and maintain any installation, device or equipment with the capability to observe, monitor and record activities within and in the immediate vicinity of any casino premises, and such installation, device or equipment shall be under the control of the Authority (referred to in these Regulations as the Authority’s surveillance system).
Subregulation 2
The Authority may require the casino operator or any casino employee to provide reasonable assistance to the Authority in the exercise of its powers under paragraph (1), including but not limited to, granting the Authority or its contractors access to such cables and wiring as may be necessary.
