Inspector may request for recordings

A casino operator shall, immediately upon request by an inspector ––
(a)
provide a copy of any recorded image or video recording by the casino surveillance system; (b)if required to do so, attend before the inspector and answer such questions or provide such information with respect to the recorded image or video recording as the inspector may consider necessary; or
(c)
keep for such period as the inspector may require, a copy of any recorded image or video recording by the casino surveillance system.
Subregulation 2
The Authority may keep the copy of any recorded image or video recording provided to the inspector under paragraph (1).
