77. Manager or his executor or administrator may cancel certificate
Feedback & supportThe manager of any appointed approved school or approved home may, upon giving 6 months’ previous notice, and the executors and administrators of a deceased manager may, upon giving one month’s previous notice in writing of his or their intention to do so, apply for the cancellation of the certificate given to the school or home.

“manager” includes a director, manager and superintendent or other person having the management or control of any approved school or approved home or remand home;
At the expiration of 6 months or one month, as the case may be, from the date of the notice, unless in the meantime the notice has been withdrawn, the certificate shall be deemed to be cancelled, and notification of such cancellation shall be published in the Gazette.
