79. Effect of cancellation of certificate
Feedback & supportWhenever the certificate of an appointed approved school or approved home is cancelled under section 76, no child or young person shall be received into the school or home, under any of the provisions of this Act, after the date of the receipt by the manager of the school or home of the notice of cancellation, or after the date of the notice of cancellation, as the case may be.
