81. Minister shall establish approved schools and approved homes

The Minister may, by order to be published in the Gazette, establish such approved schools and approved homes as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Every such order shall specify the premises in which the approved school or approved home to which it refers is to be established and shall state whether the same is to be used for male or female persons, or both.

“approved school” means any school or institution, or part thereof, for the reception, education and vocational training of children or young persons appointed or established under the provisions and for the purposes of this Act;
