Section 88

Return when cured

So soon as, in the opinion of the medical officer in charge of any hospital or place, it is no longer necessary that any child or young person who has been removed to the hospital or place should remain therein, he shall transmit to the manager or person having control of the hospital or place where the child or young person was detained a certificate stating that the necessity has ceased, and thereupon the manager or person having control of the hospital or place where the child or young person was detained shall forthwith cause the child or young person to be brought back to the hospital or place where he was detained if he is still liable to be detained therein.
