The adjustment relief Registrar or an adjustment relief assessor who, in the course of his or her duties under this Part, exercises any power as such, is treated as a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224) when exercising such power.
adjustment relief Registrar
“adjustment relief Registrar” means the adjustment relief Registrar appointed under section 63(1), and includes any adjustment relief Deputy Registrar exercising the functions of the adjustment relief Registrar;
adjustment relief assessor
“adjustment relief assessor” means a person appointed to the panel of adjustment relief assessors under section 64;
adjustment relief Registrar
