No liability shall lie against the adjustment relief Registrar or an adjustment relief assessor with respect to anything done or omitted to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in the discharge or purported discharge of the adjustment relief Registrar’s or adjustment relief assessor’s functions and duties under this Part.

“adjustment relief Registrar” means the adjustment relief Registrar appointed under section 63(1), and includes any adjustment relief Deputy Registrar exercising the functions of the adjustment relief Registrar;

“adjustment relief assessor” means a person appointed to the panel of adjustment relief assessors under section 64;
