Section 135

Upon complaint made to a Magistrate on oath of the abduction or unlawful detention of a woman or of an infant for any unlawful purpose he may make an order for the immediate restoration of the woman to her liberty or of the infant to the parent, guardian or other person having lawful charge of the infant and may compel compliance with the order using such force as is necessary.[134
