Applications for licences
For the purpose of section 63 of the Act, every application for a licence to manufacture any dutiable goods shall be made in writing to the Director-General specifying —
(a)
the name, identity card number and address of the applicant;
(b)
the name of the street or exact locality and number of the premises, or the lot number of the ground upon which it is intended to build the premises, where it is desired to carry on the manufacture;
(c)
the nature of the goods to be produced, the output proposed and whether for local consumption or for export or both; and
(d)
the security offered for the due payment of all duties and fees and for the proper conduct of the business.
