Regulation 49

When the premises and plant therein have been completed and approved, the Director-General, on receipt of the prescribed fee, shall issue a licence, in such form as he may think fit, to the applicant to manufacture the dutiable goods in respect of which the application was made in accordance with section 63 of the Act.
