40. Inspection of premises or site and submission of plans

If the Director-General is satisfied that the applicant is a fit and proper person to receive a licence, he shall —

(a)

cause to be inspected the premises upon which the goods are to be manufactured, or the site upon which it is intended to erect such premises; and

(b)

call for a plan setting out in detail the proposed layout or construction thereof.
