Approval of applications
Subregulation 1
If the Director-General approves the application, the Director-General shall inform the applicant and sign the plan.
Subregulation 2
The Director-General may also inform the applicant that a licence to manufacture the dutiable goods in respect of which the application was made will be issued to him when the proposed licensed premises or sites have been converted or completed and approved by the Director-General.
