Restriction on receiving tobacco into licensed premises
No licensed tobacco manufacturer shall, without the permission in writing of a proper officer of customs, receive into his licensed premises or into his custody or possession any tobacco of any description otherwise than from a Government warehouse or licensed warehouse.
