49. Safety and wellbeing

During the hours of operation of a centre, the licensee of the centre, and every member of the licensee’s staff who is deployed to supervise a class, must ensure —

the safety and wellbeing of every child attending the class; and

that every child attending the class is at all times under the supervision of a member of the licensee’s staff, whether the child is within or outside the centre.
