140. Amendment of Schedules

(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules.
(2)
The Minister may, in an order under subsection (1), make such provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent to the enactment of that order as the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
