127. Officers to be public servants

For the purposes of this Act and of the Penal Code 1871, the Commissioner, every other officer appointed or acting under this Act, and every authorised person (when carrying out any function or duty of the Commissioner) are deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code 1871.
