Person entitled to prescribed fee for mediation under Part 2 of Act
For the purposes of section 3(4)(c) of the Act, the Commissioner may pay the whole or a part of the prescribed fee mentioned in section 3(3)(d) of the Act to Tripartite Alliance Limited.
