9. Review by Commissioner of decision under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of Act
Feedback & supportA claimant who is dissatisfied with a decision made by the Commissioner under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act may apply to the Commissioner to review the decision.
The claimant’s application under paragraph (1) must be made in writing within 14 days after the date of the Commissioner’s decision under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act.
The decision of the Commissioner on the review is final.
Subregulation 1
A claimant who is dissatisfied with a decision made by the Commissioner under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act may apply to the Commissioner to review the decision.
Subregulation 2
The claimant’s application under paragraph (1) must be made in writing within 14 days after the date of the Commissioner’s decision under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act.
Subregulation 3
The decision of the Commissioner on the review is final.
