Review by Commissioner of decision under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of Act
Subregulation 1
A claimant who is dissatisfied with a decision made by the Commissioner under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act may apply to the Commissioner to review the decision.
Subregulation 2
The claimant’s application under paragraph (1) must be made in writing within 14 days after the date of the Commissioner’s decision under section 3(4)(a) or (b) of the Act.
Subregulation 3
The decision of the Commissioner on the review is final.
