13. Amendment of claim before service
Feedback & supportA claimant may, without the permission of a tribunal or the Registrar, amend the claim once at any time before service of the claim on the respondent by filing the amended claim in the Registry and serving the amended claim on the respondent.
These Rules (except paragraph (1)) apply to an amended claim filed under paragraph (1) as they apply to a claim.
Subregulation 1
