18. Hearing before tribunal

Where the Registrar is of the view that the claimant and the respondent are unable to resolve their dispute without a hearing before a tribunal, the Registrar must —

fix the case for hearing before a tribunal; and

give notice in the relevant Form to the claimant and the respondent of the time and place of the hearing.
