9. Serving of claim on respondent
Feedback & supportThe claimant must, within 7 days after the date on which the claim and each document mentioned in rule 8(3) are filed, serve a copy each of the claim and that document on the respondent.
The claimant must file a declaration of service in the relevant Form within 4 weeks after the date on which the claim is filed and, in any event, before the first case management conference.
