Regulation 12
Applicant to be notified of decision
Subregulation 1
The Director‑General may grant or refuse to grant a permit without assigning any reason.
Subregulation 2
If the Director‑General decides to grant a permit, the Director‑General must give the permit to the applicant as soon as practicable after making the decision.
Subregulation 3
If the Director‑General decides not to grant a permit, the Director‑General must inform the applicant of the decision as soon as practicable after making the decision.
Subregulation 4
A contravention of this regulation in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
