Regulation 14
Matters to be specified in export permits
Subregulation 1
An export permit must specify particulars of —
the kind of hazardous or other waste to be exported;
the quantity of hazardous or other waste to be exported;
the method of transport by which the hazardous or other waste is to be exported;
the time at which, or period during which, the hazardous or other waste is to be exported;
the place to which the hazardous or other waste is to be exported; and
the way in which the hazardous or other waste is to be dealt with after the export.
Subregulation 2
The particulars specified in an export permit of the way in which the hazardous or other waste is to be dealt with after the export may include particulars of a facility to be used in disposing of the waste, or any process involved in such a disposal.
Subregulation 3
An export permit may also include conditions under regulation 16 and any other information that the Director‑General considers appropriate.
