Clause 5
In the HSA Act, in section 9, replace subsection (1) with —“(1) The quorum for a meeting of the Authority is the higher of the following:
(a)
one‑third of the number of members;
(b)
3 members.
(1A)
No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Authority if a quorum is not present.”.
