Clause 7
In the HSA Act, in section 12 —
(a)
in paragraph (f), after “commissions for”, insert “goods provided,”;
(b)
in paragraph (f), replace “by” with “or work performed by or on behalf of”;
(c)
in paragraph (f), replace “its” with “the Authority’s”; and
(d)
after paragraph (f), insert —“(fa)waive the payment of fees and charges payable to the Authority;”.
