Clause 33
In the Healthcare Services Act 2020 (called in this Part the HCS Act), in section 2(1), after the definition of “authorised officer”, insert —“ “auxiliary authorised officer”, for any provision of this Act, means an individual who is appointed under section 7(2A) as an auxiliary authorised officer for that provision;”.
