Interpretation of award

Section 44
(1)
A Court may, upon application made by a trade union or person bound by an award, give an interpretation of the award.
(2)
An interpretation given by a Court shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on all trade unions and persons bound by the award who have been given an opportunity of being heard by the Court.
