10. Amendment of section 7

In the MPA Act, in section 7 —

in subsection (1), replace paragraph (e) with —“(e)to regulate the provision of regulated services;”;

in the following provisions, replace “marine and port services and facilities” with “marine services”:Subsection (1)(f), (i) and (n)Subsection (2)(a), (b) and (c);

in subsections (1)(g) and (6), replace “marine or port services and facilities” with “marine services”;

in subsection (1)(g), replace “the services and facilities” with “the services”;

in subsection (2)(c), replace “those services and facilities” with “those services”;

in subsection (2)(e) and (f), replace “fields of marine and port services and facilities” with “field of marine services”;

in subsection (2)(g), replace “port services and facilities” with “marine services”;

in subsection (5), after “marine or port services and facilities”, insert “(within the meanings given by this Act as in force on 2 February 1996)”; and

in subsection (6), replace “public licence” wherever it appears with “licence”.
