In the MPA Act, after the Third Schedule, insert —“FOURTH SCHEDULESections 2 and 118BREGULATED services

1. Cargo terminal services and facilities

2. Passenger terminal services and facilities 3. Pilotage service

4. Towage service

5. Water supply serviceNote: In this Schedule —“cargo terminal services and facilities” means port terminal services and the provision of facilities for the handling, storage and transportation of goods on land adjoining the foreshore of Singapore;“passenger terminal services and facilities” means port terminal services and the provision of facilities for the handling of passengers (including their baggage) and human remains carried by vessels;“pilotage service” means the pilotage of vessels;“towage service” means the provision of towage for vessels;“water supply service” means the supply of water to vessels.”.
