5. Amendment of section 118B

In the MPA Act, in section 118B (as inserted by section 19) —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “Fourth Schedule” with “Fourth and Seventh Schedules”; and

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “Fourth Schedule” with “Fourth or Seventh Schedule”.
