Power to exempt
The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette and either generally or for any period stated in the notification and subject to any conditions that may in the notification be stated, exempt from any provision of this Act or of any rules made under this Act any person or class or description of persons or any vehicle or class or description of vehicles.
