Subregulation 1
Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the evidence of a party to any proceedings in the Court and the party’s witnesses must be adduced by way of affidavit.
Subregulation 2
Every affidavit made by any person under these Rules must depose to —
(a)
the facts of which the deponent has personal cognizance; and
(b)
where applicable, the belief of the deponent in the truth of any other facts.

The Court may, at any stage of any proceedings in the Court, appoint a person whom the Court considers appropriate to assist on any point of law, legal procedure or evidence.
